The Work Youll Do:

The DevOps Engineer II works closely with Agile Development teams and the SaaS Operations department to analyze, design, and implement quality technical solutions that support our Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model. Leveraging the latest technologies, including GitHub Enterprise, Jenkins, Puppet, and RunDeck, this role is responsible for designing and executing build, release, deployment, and configuration activities across multiple applications.

More specifically, you will:

• Maintain, monitor, and improve system reliability, availability, and performance.
• Implement best practices for incident management, monitoring, and observability.
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and scaling processes.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure applications are scalable and reliable.
• Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure and application issues.
• Optimize system performance and cloud resources to enhance cost efficiency.
• Document processes, incidents, and resolutions for knowledge sharing.

What We Need From You

• 1 to 2 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Strong experience with Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS.
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate English proficiency (reading, writing, and communication)
• Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Experience with Grafana and other monitoring tools.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash or PowerShell
