Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective homeowners, introducing them to the benefits of solar energy
• Set and confirm high-quality appointments for our solar consultants
• Use a consultative sales approach to educate and engage potential customers
• Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm while working toward sales goals
• Work collaboratively with the team to drive performance and maximize conversions

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in a call center sales role, telemarketing, or lead generation
• Strong communication and persuasion skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Ability to adapt, think quickly, and build rapport over the phone
• Fluency in English & Spanish is required
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to maximize earnings potential
