• Prepare and file U.S. trademark applications, renewals, and responses to office actions.

Conduct preliminary trademark searches and provide clear summaries.

• Track deadlines and manage filings using docketing software.⏰

• Keep up with USPTO, WIPO, and global IP trends.
• Support U.S. attorneys with day-to-day legal and administrative tasks. ️
• Communicate with clients professionally in English.

Requirements: ✅ Our Ideal Candidate:

• Has at least 2 years of experience in U.S. trademark filings and trademark portfolio management.
• Is familiar with the USPTO filing system and can assist with new applications, office actions, renewals, and assignments.
• Understands international treaties and procedures related to trademarks (e.g., Madrid Protocol).
• Has worked with clients or startups expanding into the U.S. market.
• Is fluent in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish, both spoken and written. ️✍️
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Is comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
