• Constructions cost control with monthly report.
• Involve in project coordination with site person, suppliers, sub-contractors, client and consultants
• To source, negotiates and compare between suppliers and sub-contractors.
• To liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers and preparation of samples submission for approval.
• To carry out taking off quantities and measurement for procurement and claim.
• Prepare interim claim and attend site valuation and measurement of work done with client and consultants.
• To evaluate sub-contractors work done and prepare claim certificates.
• Preparation of Variation Order with supporting documents.
• Preparation of final account settlement with client and sub-contractor.
• Attend meeting.
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or Construction Management.

• Fresh or 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Able to work Independently, Self-motivated, enthusiastic, Interpersonal Skills and willing to learn individuals
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Have good communication skills and strong problem solving skills.
• Proficient in (AutoCad, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word)
• Possess own transport
• 5 days work (Monday-Friday)
• Nerby Public Transport
