Remote Customer Service Advisor

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customers via emails, live chat, social media platforms, and occasionally by phone.
  • Update data and files to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Identify customer issues and participate in improvement plans.
  • Be open to learning and executing plans aligned with departmental goals.
  • Work 40 hours per week with regular overtime available to support peak times and business needs.

  • Experience in customer service, especially writing emails or interacting on social media platforms, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ticketing platforms and Shopify is mandatory.
