Shapes and executes the China marketing strategy, for both Medical (60% time) and Performance & Active Nutrition (40%), ensuring market fit. Initiates new initiatives and provides input into global plans based on EMEA market requirements and insights (based on both consumer and customer perspective).

• 6-8 years relevant working experience, preferably in medical, sports and/ or active nutrition industry in a Marketing.

• Executes global product launch locally & contributes (innovation & regional priorities) to the development of the strategy one level higher, in line market & customer needs
• Accountable for regional communication & delivery of (thought leadership & lead generation) and marketing campaigns execution incl. KPIs Measure, monitor and control the impact of actions and programs for the region identify success factors, and propose and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.
