tareas principales:

Gestión de recetas, Obras Sociales, inventarios y manejo de personal.

Gestión de stock, control de vencimientos y cadena de frío.

Supervisar las ventas diarias, establecer estrategias para alcanzar objetivos comerciales y analizar indicadores claves de rendimiento.

Garantizar un adecuado control de stock, reposición oportuna, y manejo de vencimientos y productos con requerimientos especiales.

Asegurar que las operaciones de la farmacia cumplan con las normativas legales y sanitarias vigentes.

Brindar un servicio de excelencia a los clientes, resolviendo consultas y garantizando la calidad en la experiencia de compra.

Liderar, capacitar y supervisar al equipo, organizando horarios y tareas para asegurar un funcionamiento eficiente.

Apertura y cierres de caja y reportes operativos.

Requisitos:

-Secundario completo

-Experiencia previa comprobable en el rubro farmacia de al menos 3 años (excluyente)

-Experiencia en ventas y atención al cliente

-Experiencia en manejo de equipos

-Experiencia en apertura y cierre de caja

-Experiencia en obras sociales y prepagas

-Conocimientos en sistemas de gestión farmacéutica

-Capacidad resolutiva en mostrador

-Residir en zonas aledañas

-Disponibilidad para trabajar full time
