Buscamos a un Tech Lead Golang para unirte al equipo de una empresa innovadora que desarrolla soluciones de videovigilancia de última generación, análisis de datos y control de acceso inteligente, con presencia en México, Argentina y USA. Responsabilidades:

• Liderar el equipo de backend, diseñando y desarrollando soluciones escalables en Golang.

• Coordinar con equipos de frontend (React) y backend para entregar soluciones integrales.

• Aplicar mejores prácticas de arquitectura, Clean Architecture y microservicios.

• Implementar pruebas unitarias, de integración y asegurar la calidad de los desarrollos.

Requerimientos:

• +4 años de experiencia en Golang (preferentemente versión 1.20 o superior).

• Experiencia liderando equipos técnicos.

• Conocimiento en patrones de diseño, microservicios y bases de datos (MongoDB, MySQL).

• Dominio de Docker, CI/CD, Git.

• Conocimientos en React, .NET, y deseable experiencia en AWS, Node.js, C# o Python.
