What will you be doing here?

Esta vacante tiene un papel muy importante en el cumplimiento normativo y la obtención de vilsto bueno de la empresa junto a las autoridades. El objetivo de la vacante es contribuir localmente a las actividades jurÃdicas (garantizar cumplimiento regulatorio) con conocimiento de las normas y aplicaciones jurÃdicas, principalmente regulatorias. De esta manera, realizar la organización y análisis jurÃdico de los temas, elaborar dictámenes, contratos, notificaciones, realizar actos corporativos.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

• Interactuar con el regulador, junto con el Gerente JurÃdico Senior, asegurando la disponibilidad para cualquier eventualidad con las autoridades y otros organismos competentes.Â

• Producir y preparar actas y dictámenes, organizaciones y flujos, apoyando al negocio con servicio consultivo y regulatorio, con la responsabilidad de monitorear las regulaciones obligatorias, sus implicaciones.                                                                               Â

• Elaborar y revisar términos, documentos y contratosÂ

• Apoyar en la convocatoria de reuniones de la junta directiva, preparando los actos corporativos y concesión de poderes.

• Contribuir en la emisión de opiniones legales en temas de mediana complejidad, incluyendo aspectos relacionados con la privacidad de datos.

• Colaborar en el desarrollo de flujos y procesos jurÃdicos internos, asegurando el cumplimiento de normas y polÃticas internas.

• Realizar análisis legales preliminares de productos y servicios ofrecidos por la empresa, además de revisar contratos y recorridos de los clientes, brindando soporte inicial en quejas y disputas de los consumidores.

• Asistir en el monitoreo del cumplimiento normativo, interactuando con el reguladorÂ

• Trabajar con el área de compliance para la verificación del cumplimiento de disposiciones legales aplicables al negocio.
