¡Estamos buscando un Técnico de Soporte para sumar al equipo de Novatium en un importante cliente del rubro energético ubicado en Neuquén Capital!Ubicación: J. J. Lastra 6000 - Neuquén Capital Jornada laboral: Lunes a viernes de 8 a 17 hs Modalidad de contratación: Tiempo indeterminado Vacante: 1 posición Inicio: Ingreso inmediato
¿Qué vas a hacer?Brindar soporte técnico presencial y remoto al personal clave del cliente (gerentes, directores, secretarias).
Resolver incidentes y requerimientos de primer nivel.
Instalar, configurar y mantener aplicaciones estándar y programas industriales, administrativos y comerciales.
Configurar y mantener hardware (impresoras, notebooks, terminales portátiles, telefonía móvil Android y iOS).
Colaborar en tareas generales de infraestructura: redes, CPDs, backups, monitoreo, CCTV, radios, control de accesos, etc.
Requisitos excluyentes:
Experiencia de al menos 3 años en posiciones similares.
Conocimientos sólidos en Windows, ofimática, hardware de PC y notebooks.
Experiencia en soporte de telefonía celular (Android/iPhone).
Buen manejo de herramientas de Help Desk.
Excelente presencia, muy buena dicción y empatía.
Requisitos deseables:
Conocimientos básicos de redes e infraestructura.
Experiencia en implementaciones tecnológicas.
Estudiante de carrera afín (deseable).
Proactividad y autonomía.
Formar parte de un equipo sólido y profesional.
Desarrollarte en un entorno de alta demanda tecnológica y con desafíos constantes.
