“Your day to day”

• Business Performance analysis:
• Generate and submit, in timely and accurate manner, PMI reports for budget-long range plan, rolling forecast as well as the Preparation and submission of RF packages (internal systems), while identifying opportunities for business simplification and efficiencies to support the business transformation.

• Accounting reconciliation to ensure accuracy on account statements.
• Analyze Payroll calculation for budget/rolling forecast to ensure the projections are in line with actual scenarios
• Contribute to the preparation of Ad-hoc PMI and Regional Reporting Requests.
• Support in the analysis of strategies to increase profitability (Operating Income, price productivity, expenses, etc.).
• Monitor and follow up Business evolution, volume and financials
• Analyze industry trends, SOM evolution, competitors activities in order to assist BP team with meaningful information for decision making process.

Who were looking for

• CPA, Bachelor´s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years´ experience in similar positions in multinational companies.
• Ability to communicate (written and verbal) fluently in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
• Excel and PowerPoint tools, Management SAP, Power BI.
• Proactive profile, able to work in dynamic environments, with strong problem-solving competencies.
• Experience gathering and analyzing data to effect meaningful changes. Fast learner, proactive to identify gaps in finance processes, and offer ideas for continues improvement.
