Human by nature. JR Accounts Receivable Analyst, your new opportunity? As a Jr Account Receivable Analyst you will ensure accurate and efficient adherence to AR operational processes, process incoming payments, secure revenue by verifying and postings receipts, and coordinate the accounting acitivites with other related internal departments according to and according to the relevant group policies. Your main responsibilities:- Maintain subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions related to bank accounts.
- Lead the entire NOAM region (USA & CANADA)
- Balance subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.
- Investigate and resolve payment-related queries from internal and external customers.
- Follow up on unallocated payments (customer and suspense accounts)
- Monitor and report blocked accounting documents.
- Manage non-trade Master Data related requests and billing.
- Investigate and resolve requests from Record to Report, Intercompany, Accounts Payable and local finance teams.
- Prepare Bad Debt and BOFC reports for the closing
- Prepare bank and GL reconciliations
- Reconcile GLs according to Internal Audit requirements, prepare the supporting documentation
- Report bank balances
- Clear the monthly foreign exchange payment runs
- Advanced university student or graduate in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics.
- 12 months of relevant experience
- Advanced English (active) - At least high intermediate level
- Accounting Knowledge desire.
