We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical QuickBooks Online Specialist to manage daily bookkeeping, generate financial reports, and deliver insights from financial data. You will be working remotely for a U.S. based company that values precision and proactive problem-solving. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM EST Responsibilities:

• Match transactions in QuickBooks and manage daily bookkeeping.
• Generate standard and customized reports in QuickBooks.
• Export and analyze data in Excel (including pivot tables).
• Support data-driven decisions with financial insights.
• Ensure accuracy in financial reports with weekly reviews.
• Reclassify transactions if needed and answer related questions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables essential).
• Fluent English (written & spoken), with experience in English-speaking environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Located in Argentina or Latin America.

Nice to Have:

• Experience using Power BI and/or Julius.ai for data analysis and reporting.
