‍ ¿Qué vas a hacer?

Liderar y optimizar la ejecución de proyectos de arquitectura, gestionando equipos, recursos y relaciones clave tanto internas como externas.

Responsabilidades principales:

• Planificar y coordinar las diferentes etapas de los proyectos de arquitectura
• Supervisar al equipo técnico y hacer seguimiento del avance
• Controlar presupuestos y cumplimiento de plazos
• Mantener comunicación fluida con clientes, proveedores y subcontratistas
• Garantizar el cumplimiento de normas de calidad y seguridad
• Reportar avances y desvíos a la Gerencia

REQUISITOS

¿Qué buscamos?

• Título universitario en Arquitectura
• Experiencia en ejecución y dirección de obras
• Manejo de AutoCAD 3D (Revit, un plus
• Planificación, organización y proactividad
• Capacidad para liderar y trabajar en equipo
