We are currently looking for a Junior Procurement Process Consultant to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that Coupa and business processes supporting Coupa are functioning in accordance with Client Corporate Procurement policies.
• Manage and improve applicable functionalities in Coupa, including tasks involving new item setup, creating forms, catalogs, approvals, training aids, and user access to ensure ongoing consistency and accuracy.
• Focus on operational efficiencies and scalability of the system.

Necessary skills and experience required:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working with procurement solutions, such as Ariba, SAP, COUPA, SAP RP, Oracle, CRM.
• Experience in procurement areas or as an IT functional consultant with client-facing experience.
• English proficiency: B2 or C1 level.
