Air Liquides Shared Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who provide services that have previously been found in more than one part of the organization or group; thus, the funding and resourcing of the service is shared and the providing department effectively becomes an internal service provider. Position Summary The HR Mobility Analyst reports directly to the HR Team Lead. In collaboration with other HR Analysts, she/he will play a key role in supporting the administration of our international and domestic mobility programs. She/He will work closely with the Global Mobility CoE team to execute essential back-office tasks, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a positive experience for our relocating employees.Position Summary
The HR Mobility Analyst reports directly to the HR Team Lead. In collaboration with other HR Analysts, she/he will play a key role in supporting the administration of our international and domestic mobility programs. She/He will work closely with the Global Mobility CoE team to execute essential back-office tasks, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a positive experience for our relocating employees.
Job Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for the end-to-end processes of international and domestic employee mobility, including immigration, relocation, and tax assistance.
Assist with the preparation of immigration documentation, including visa applications and work permits.
Initiate services for relocating employees, such as relocation, immigration support and tax assistance.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems related to mobility assignments.
Assist with data entry, reporting, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Request payments as needed.
Assist employees with onboarding tasks.
Track pending requests and processes and follow up with the employees for completion. Check all documentation is recollected and stored in our database.
Keep an up to date tracker of the cases worked by the team and the status of each one.
Manage Mobility Mailbox: receive and answer questions directed to the mailbox from employees, vendors or CoEs.
Escalate complex issues and requests to the CoE and work together to define an action plan.
Process payment of invoices for expenses related to immigration or employee relocation.
Follow up on cases and maintain an excellent internal customer service focus.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Qualifications
Education and Experience Requirements:
College degree in human resources, administration or similar fields.
1-2 years of pertinent Mobility processes experience (experience in supporting immigration processes is a plus)
Knowledge of Workday Solutions, Excel functions, Google G-Suite will be a plus.
Interest in global mobility, immigration, or relocation is highly desirable.
Language Requirements:
English: Advanced proficiency required [B2/C1]
Spanish mandatory: Advanced proficiency required [B2/C1]
