The Work Youll Do:

Are you a skilled communicator with a knack for building relationships and driving results? Do you have experience in account management or renewals, and speak English? If so, wed love to meet you! Sovos is looking for a Renewals Specialist to join our dynamic team in Tucumán! As part of our Renewals team, youll play a crucial role in managing SaaS customer renewals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying upsell opportunities.

More specifically, you will:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in customer organizations.

• Lead renewal negotiations using best practices to enhance the customer experience.

• Partner with internal teams, including Account Management and Customer Success, to create effective retention strategies.

• Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.

• Ensure operational efficiency and accurately forecast renewals.

What We Need From You

• 1-3 years of experience in renewals, account management, customer success, or a related field, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.

• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.

• Ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively.

• Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to track renewals and customer interactions.

• Ability to analyze customer data to forecast renewals and identify risk factors.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or equivalent productivity tools.
