Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to homeowners, sharing the benefits of solar energy and encouraging them to make the switch
  • Schedule consultations with our solar experts, ensuring high-quality customer interactions
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals through effective communication and persuasion
  • Work closely with sales consultants to ensure smooth transitions and customer satisfaction

What Were Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in call center sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting
  • Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus)
  • Excellent verbal and negotiation skills, with a persuasive sales approach
  • A competitive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Self-motivated and resilient, able to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude
  • Remote-ready setup - A reliable computer, headset, and stable internet connection are required

Work Hours:

  • Monday to Friday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST
