Analista SR de Performance Hispana - responsable por el reporting, análisis y busqueda de aprendizajes e insights de la gestión en todos los paises y categorÃas Hispana para Natura y Avon

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

Responsable por la gestión de performance de la categorÃa o paÃs bajo su responsabilidad de todos Hispana para Natura y Avon, desde la ejecución del proceso de reporting hasta la entrega al equipo de Gestión Omnicanal, MKT Hispana y equipo de paÃs, entre otros actores.

Trabaja con bases de datos y cockpits con el fin de generar reporting de los resultados de un ciclo y/o periodo de ciclos.

Presenta a los equipos de Planeamiento Omnicanal, de MKT y dentro de las directorias de Gestión Omnicanal y MKT de Hispana.

Genera evolutivas de reporting para mejorar la profundización y el entendimiento de los resultados a nivel paÃs y/o categorÃa.

Conduce análisis y diagnósticos con el fin de generar aprendizajes para paÃses y categorÃas con visión de omnicanalidad.
