Role Overview:We are looking for a motivated and experienced X* (Twitter)Manager for Web3* to lead and execute marketing strategies for Gravity. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, proven marketing expertise, and a passion for fostering community growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Creative Campaigns

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Gravitys goals and our clients business objectives.
• Identify emerging trends across Web3, AI, and frontier technologies to inform creative direction and brand positioning.
• Translate client needs into bold, effective marketing plans that elevate their brand presence.

Content Strategy & Execution

• Lead the creation and management of compelling content across digital channels: campaigns, blog posts, social media, email marketing, and branded storytelling.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and videographers to ensure cohesive narratives and standout visual identity.
• Work closely with founders and key stakeholders to turn big ideas into high-impact messaging and thought leadership.

Campaigns & Events Marketing

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for Gravity-led and client events, including promotion, on-site activations, and post-event engagement.
• Own campaign performance tracking and optimization—from landing pages and email sequences to creative assets and media outreach.

Client & Community Engagement

• Build strong relationships with clients, creators, and community partners, ensuring Gravity remains a trusted voice in the space.
• Develop engagement strategies that grow communities around client brands, leveraging digital channels, influencer collaborations, and strategic storytelling.

Partnership & Brand Development

• Identify co-marketing and content partnership opportunities that amplify both Gravity and client brands.
• Collaborate with media outlets, ecosystems, and platforms to increase visibility and open new growth channels.

Analytics & Optimization

• Monitor performance of marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and growth metrics using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and native platform insights.
• Use data to inform creative decisions, improve engagement, and iterate on what works.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, creative strategy, or agency environments—ideally with exposure to Web3, fintech, or emerging tech sectors.
• A proven eye for storytelling and design—across formats, channels, and audiences.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot, WordPress, social schedulers, analytics platforms).
• Passion for creativity, curiosity, and working with founders who challenge the status quo.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $1,100,000.00 per month
