Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, interview, and build sales teams.
• Onboard teams.
• Conduct weekly meetings with teams to train, motivate, address concerns, and role-play sales scenarios.
• Create sales process tutorials.
• Implement strategies developed by the Sales Director.
• Attend weekly meetings with C-level executives.

Requirements:

• English proficiency (C1-C2).
• Sales experience preferred.
• Experience managing teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
• Highly organized and disciplined.
• Digitally literate (AI, Social Media, G-Suite).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Recruitment experience is not required but desirable.
