En 3 Pasos Consulting, nos dedicamos al servicio personalizado de búsqueda y selección de personal para puestos Efectivos y Eventuales; Contando con más 15 años de experiencia en el mercado laboral.

Estamos en la búsqueda de Vendedores telefónicos B2B Jr.; Para acompañarlos en el crecimiento de nuestra Consultora mediante la captación de potenciales clientes.

Buscamos un perfil con excelentes habilidades de comunicación, capacidad de adaptación a nuevos escenarios y foco en resultados.

Debe contar con excelentes habilidades comerciales, negociación, capacidad de organización; Autogestión, perseverancia y con orientación al servicio. Excluyente-

contar con experiencia en venta de: Búsqueda y selección de personal, personal eventual, Seguros Generales, Seguridad Privada, productos bancarios, etc.

Requisitos:

- Edad a partir de 24 años.

-Contar con más de 2 años de experiencia en venta telefónica. Excluyente-

- Serán especialmente valorados aquellos candidatos que tengan experiencia en venta telefónica corporativa (B2B)

-Secundario completo.

-Universitario en curso o finalizado.

Ofrecemos:

• Sueldo, Importantes comisiones, bonus trimestral y anual.
• Posibilidad de desarrollo dentro de la estructura.
• Disponibilidad: Part-Time 4 horas diarias turnos de 09:00 a 13:00 ó 13:00 a 17:00
• Zona de trabajo: Microcentro - CABA
