• Armado de dashboards de observabilidad (dynatrace y grafana)
• ABM de Alertas Críticas e integración con procesos de soporte.
• Relevamiento de estado actual de componentes aplicativos (arquitecturas)
• Liderar WarRooms y RCA
• Troubleshooting
• Skills: Conocimientos grales de SO distribuidos (Linux/ Windows/OCP) y middleware (WAS/IIS). Simil SRE. Metodologías Ágiles. Orientado a Servicio Clientes internos
