ITX Corp. is hiring a SR Global Talent (HR) Generalist!
At ITX, were looking for a Senior Global Talent (HR) Generalist to help shape how we attract, develop, and support our global, multicultural workforce. This is a strategic and hands-on role at the heart of our people operations, where thriving together, innovation, and elegance come together to create meaningful impact. Youll work closely with ITX leaders to bring our talent strategy to life—enhancing how we learn, grow, and collaborate. Were seeking someone who brings big-picture thinking, a people-first mindset, comfort with tech and data, and the skills to support both individuals and teams—but most importantly, you bring thoughtfulness, clarity, and heart to everything you do.
Note: This position is limited to candidates located in LATAM. Only individuals residing in this area will be considered for the role.
What Youll Be Doing: Youll lead and support initiatives across core areas of the Global Talent team:
- Performance Management: Guide team members and leaders through performance conversations, offering tools and coaching for both recognizing growth and addressing underperformance. Help create development plans and support team members continuous improvement with empathy and clarity.
- Recruitment: Youll coordinate recruiting processes and hiring plans across smaller teams, collaborating closely with hiring managers throughout the search and selection process. Youll also partner on job offers, ensuring a smooth, thoughtful experience for both candidates and hiring teams. In a fast-changing environment, youll bring structure and clarity to hiring needs, keeping processes consistent, responsive, and aligned with our values.
- Strategic Thinking & Process Improvement: Think through full processes from start to finish, helping us spot blind spots, simplify operations, and drive efficiency—all while maintaining a human touch. Stay curious about how technology and automation could solve challenges and improve the teams experience.
- Team Relationships & Culture: Act as a trusted advisor to team members and leaders. Facilitate feedback loops, support conversations around growth and change, and help maintain a culture of open communication, respect, and continuous development.

Who You Are:

- 3+ years of experience in HR, Talent, or People Generalist roles
- Experience working across global or remote teams

- Strategic thinking with an eye for process improvement and elegant execution
- A people-first approach, strong listening skills, and a bias for action
- Curiosity, adaptability, and the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrated experience across key areas such as recruitment, learning and development, performance management, payroll support, and people analytics
- Fluency in English

In Latam, the pay range for the SR Global Talent Generalist role is USD $3000 to $3800 monthly, depending on experience, specific skills and certifications, and education. Based on your location in Latam pay ranges could be adjusted according to local market data, which can vary from country to country. This variation percentage could be 16% lower or 14% higher.
