Job Overview

To grow sales and develop existing business whilst expanding profitability in the sale of capital equipment, aftermarket and installation work. Promoting all Thorite products and services available in the North East designated area.

Primary Objectives

  • Grow the area sales and units of capital equipment, aftermarket and installations
  • To retain and increase business with existing customers
  • Grow business profitability within agreed targets
  • To identify and develop potential customers for future business growth
  • Working with the wider Flowtech Group customer base and colleagues to maximise

opportunities

Core Duties

  • To visit customers, complete site audits and evaluate requirements
  • To assist in preparing quotations as required
  • To follow up efficiently quotations presented to customers
  • To research and provide market intelligence
  • To liaise with all internal departments as and when necessary
  • To assist with customer queries both technically and commercially
  • To follow up all sales leads gained from either internal or external sources
  • To ensure customers are kept up to date with changes to our range of products and services
  • To complete all necessary reports as required
  • To work with suppliers to achieve sales objectives
  • To update and maintain accurate information within the company CRM system
  • To perform other reasonable duties as required

  • Development of Thorite wider product and solution sales, in line with business plan
