Summary:

• Part time (20 hours / week) or full-time position (40 hours/week) avaiable
• As a tourism company, some holiday and/or weekend work may be necessary
• Fluent English and Spanish
• Start time required: between 10 am to 1pm Argentinian time

About This Role

• General management of cities and tour operations
• Ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations
• Providing support and assistance to freelance tour guides
• Monitoring tour guide attendance and performance
• Evaluating the performance of freelance tour guides
• Managing customer issues and disputes effectively
• Creating schedules for freelance tour guides
• Handling unforeseen emergencies that may arise during operations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Results-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in MS Excel and productivity software
• Familiarity with database management and internet search methods
• Fluency in English, advanced Spanish
