What You Will Do:

• You will work closely with CRM, Operations teams and other departments to provide the best service and offers to our customers from the Casino product point of view
• You will work closely with the different teams to ensure that the site experience and customer journeys are consistent, maximising usability and accessibility across all devices
• You will assist with day-to-day tasks, competitor reviews and ad-hoc priorities
• Make sure the front end is up to date and be locally relevant
• Maintenance of the game release and roadmap
• Update the front end according to the current promotions
• Maintain good working relationships with the entire organization and external suppliers to ensure efficient delivery of BW Casino product

What We look for in the Ideal Candidate:

• You will be a champion of the customer and be passionate about continuously improving the BetWarrior experience
• A passion for Casino games including both slots and live dealer; and driven to deliver the best gaming experience in the market
• Experience in maintaining effective business relationships in an online environment is an advantage

• You possess good problem solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of and experience in the online gaming market, products and customers
• Highly motivated with good organisational skills and the ability to consistently meet challenging targets within a fast-moving industry and a dynamic organizatIon
• Understanding agile software development is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English. And/or Portuguese a plus
