Job Description

The customer service analyst is responsible for fielding and responding to support emails that are sent to the CS mailbox. This individual also calls clients following ticket completion, and ensures work has been done satisfactorily (and requests client survey).

Roles and responsibilities

Respond to clients using the CS shared mailbox, Create reporting tracking CS requests, Call clients for survey follow-up

Qualification

High school diploma (college degree preferred), ability to communicate via both email and

phone in an exceptional manner, ability to complete tasks with minimal guidance.

Experience

1-2 years customer service or IT experience

Work Location - Remote

Work hours - 9 Am to 5 Pm EST, Mondays - Fridays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,757.00 - $4,294.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
