Central Functions support the board as well as the business in achieving its strategic objectives. These are, for example, Information Technology, Human Resources, Logistics, Compliance, Finance and many more.

• Takes operational ownership of IOS products, acting as bridge between Customer, Business Line and all OSQ functions.
• Serves as the main interface to customer and Business Line managers on operational topics.
• Coordinates internal task forces and projects related to operational topics.
• Oversees the coordination of major customer escalations.
• Manages the end of life (EOL) process for products.
• Handles product change management (PCN preparation & coordination)
• Defines and drives the product cost-down roadmap

• A technical background with a university degree.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Semiconductor product ownership, new product. introduction, customer operations or product management.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with China-based customers.
• Strong project management skills and experience collaborating with multi-functional and multi-cultural teams.
• Experience in task force management, PCN/PDN workflows.
• Pro-active attitude with a holistic approach to problem solving in a highly competitive and complex environment.
• Clear and effective written and oral communication skill in Chinese & English.
