Your mission

As a Talent Acquisition Intern you will be responsible for screening and selecting candidates for our open positions, ensuring smooth interview coordination by collaborating with our interview teams across the business. Your main focus will be NextGen aka Future Talent hiring!

Besides hiring, you will help streamline our Talent Acquisition (TA) processes by maintaining data hygiene in our internal recruitment system, optimise our external-facing hiring material, and conduct market research to provide your TA colleagues with insights into current market trends and talent acquisition intelligence.

What Youll Do

• Be the go-to person for candidates throughout the interview journey and make every candidates interview experience top-notch!
• Lead and develop our graduate program - NextGen.
• Team up with colleagues to streamline and optimise our recruiting practices.
• Support our recruiting team with everyday tasks.
• Support with sourcing, interviewing, and recruiting for open roles - think NextGen.
