The People Operations team is the main driver behind the employees HR data, processes, compliance and owner of the Total Rewards function at Emarsys. Our small but powerful team manages the HR tools, employee data and reporting, documentation and workflows, as well as ensuring the standardization and quality of processes across the company. The team is the main bridge to SAP HR data team to ensure, the acquired company Emarsys is represented correctly in the SAP HR tools. We are the source of truth for data and known as ever vigilant watchers.

Our daily on top of agenda is to collaborate and working very closely with local people teams, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition and external IT partners on various HR projects and improvements towards user friendliness of the HR tools.

We expect an eye for details (“odd numbers should ring a bell”) and an appetite to dig deeper into some Excel functions. We welcome curiosity by the applicant to learn quickly about our processes and challenge with a creative mindset on the why? how? and what? we are doing. YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support in daily administrative work of an operations business unit.
  • Prepare regular reports and data analysis for management presentation.
  • Report data to our mother company SAP.
  • Become owner of the payroll consolidation activities from local HR offices.
  • Ensure data quality maintenance.
  • Support our activities to calculate quarterly bonus payouts.
  • Support to build analysis or guidelines for Total Rewards.
  • Be part of our projects to improve and document processes.
  • Act as an HR admin in our HR tool and e.g. approve workflows for new hires or job roles.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Studying towards a degree in business administration (a specialization in HRM is nice to have).
  • Analytical mindset and eye for details.
  • Excellent Excel knowledge.
  • Curious to learn and welcoming “change”
  • Open proactive and positive personality with initiative.
  • Great organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English language (Teams language).
