Your tasks

• Kompetente und serviceorientierte Kundenberatung
• Aktiver Verkauf unserer Dienstleistungen und Produkte
• Angebots- und Auftragsabwicklung inklusive Terminkoordination
• Übernahme sowie Verbuchung der Ware
• Eigenverantwortliche Reklamationsbearbeitung

Your profile

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung in der KFZ-Branche
• Erfahrung in der Reifen- oder KFZ Branche wünschenswert
• Sicheres Auftreten sowie starke Kunden- und Verkaufsorientierung
• Technisches Verständnis und gute EDV-Kenntnisse
• Selbständige, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
