• Unterstützung der Führung des gesamten Filialteams (15-25 Mitarbeiter:innen)
• Umsetzung der Filialkonzepte sowie „Anpacken“ auf der Fläche
• Verantwortung für das Filialbild, Regalgestaltung sowie Bestellwesen
