• Unterstützung der Marktleitung (im operativen Tagesgeschäft: Mitarbeiterführung, Mitarbeitereinsatzplanung, Bestellwesen, Warenpräsentation, Kundenanfragen)

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung und (Führungs-)Erfahrung im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel
• Sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse (MS-Office)
• Freude am Umgang mit Kund*innen, an der Arbeit im Team und in einem dynamischen und abwechslungsreichen Umfeld
• Engagierte, zuverlässige, gewissenhafte und flexible Persönlichkeit
• Leidenschaft für biologische Lebensmittel
• Bereitschaft zur Weiterentwicklung
