Dein monatliches Gehalt für diese Position ist auf Basis des Vollvergütung lt. KV von 2.911,00 € bis 3.471,00 €. (Je nach Vordienstjahren)

Das wird dein Bereich:

• Storemanagement: Du steuerst mit kaufmännischem Geschick und Erfahrung im Storemanagement die Abläufe in unserer Filiale
• Aktiver Verkauf: Dein Verkaufstalent kommt dabei aktiv auf der Fläche zum Einsatz - mit Kommunikationsfreude und sicherem Gespür für die Wünsche unserer Kundinnen gehst du in deinem Filialteam mit gutem Beispiel voran.
• Warenpräsentation: Deine kreative Warenpräsentation weckt Kauflust bei unseren Kundinnen
• Teamführung und Entwicklung: Motiviere und entwickle dein Team, um ein herausragendes Kundenerlebnis zu erreichen.
• Operative Aufgaben und Warenmanagement: Übernimm Verantwortung für Kassier Vorgänge, Retouren, Umtausch sowie die Organisation und Durchführung von Inventuren und sorge für eine effiziente Lagerorganisation.

Das bringst du mit:

• Kaufmännische Ausbildung und Erfahrung: Du bringst eine kaufmännische Ausbildung und mehrjährige Erfahrung im Einzelhandel mit
• Trendbewusstsein: Du teilst unser Faible für Trends und begeisterst Kundinnen für unsere Mode
• Eigenverantwortliche Organisation: Du organisierst den Filialbetrieb eigenverantwortlich und verantwortungsbewusst
• Positive Führung und Kundenorientierung: Deine positive Einstellung und Freude am Umgang mit Kunden ist ansteckend und schafft eine motivierende Arbeitsatmosphäre
• Kommunikatives und serviceorientiertes Auftreten: Mit deinem sicheren Auftreten und Kommunikationsgeschick schaffst du Vertrauen und eine positive Beziehung zu Kunden und deinem Team
