Ihr Aufgabenbereich
- Durchführung der Telefonate
- Postein- und Postausgang
- Schriftverkehr mit Klienten und Behörden
- Empfang der Klienten
- Vorbereitung von Besprechungen
- Sortierung der Belege unserer Klienten
- Firmeninterne Ablage
- Terminkoordinationen
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Positiv abgeschlossene Pflichtschule SchulabbrecherInnen aus weiterbildenden Schulen (HAK, HASCH)
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Selbständiger, eigenverantwortlicher und genauer Arbeitsstil
- Einsatz- und Lernbereitschaft, Teamgeist und Motivation
- Solide Kenntnisse der MS Office Programme
