We are a private client law practice and we are looking for capable and highly motivated individuals to join us as ADMIN ASSISTANT to support the team.

  • Candidate must have a good command of written and spoken English
  • Carries out administrative duties such as communications, e-submission, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Assist the team in liaising with clients and preparation of legal documention
  • Must be pro-active, a motivated team player
  • Responsible in other admin related works
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
