Associate, Subscriptions

We are looking for a highly motivated Associate, Subscriptions to be based in our regional Singapore office!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular analysis of the subscriptions performance across APAC markets and benchmarking against competitors to recommend construct optimizations, campaign ideas and product improvements.
• Drive the acquisition and productivity of subscribers through analysis of user acquisition, behaviour and benchmarking against competitors.
• Coordinate feature launches and implementation of best practices with local marketing teams.
• Develop and present pricing and incentive strategies using projections based on historical data.
• Work closely with the data team to ensure analytics requirements are met and train markets in the use of dashboards and reports.

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Marketing or any other related field.
• Highly analytical and structured in terms of thinking & willingness to get your hands dirty with data.
• Some proficiency in SQL to conduct simple queries or the ability to learn quickly.
• Experience or knowledge in the food delivery industry and/or growth hacking will be an advantage.
• Strong ability to manage stakeholders well via excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adept at creating engaging presentations based on in-depth data analysis and strong commercial insights.
