Singtel Dash is the all-in-one mobile e-wallet that lets you pay, remit, save, invest and insure from one app.

Your role as a marketing intern with the Singtel Financial Lifestyle Services (FLS) marketing team will open you to the world of consumer marketing for a mobile wallet. You will be involved in campaigns management while leading discussions with various stakeholders to contribute positively to business growth.

Make an Impact by:

Brand Management

• Plan and execute end-to-to marketing communication campaigns and initiatives to increase the Singtel Dash / Singtel Protect brand awareness and equity for assigned product(s), covering both online and offline deployments
• Work closely with and manage various stakeholders/ external vendors to support 360-brand launches and campaigns
• Monitor progress of campaigns and submit reports of performance

Digital/Social Media Management

• Develop social media strategy to meet business KPIs, as well as conceptualise and implement social media campaigns to grow followers and sustain an engaging audience experience for Dash / Singtel Protect
• Function as subject matter expert for social media, sharing best practices and leading key social media initiatives
• Manage and develop engaging content for all digital channels
• Research and analyse digital media trends to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy

Campaign Management and Marketing Support

• Support Dash / Singtel Protect business stakeholders for promotional launches, including (but not limited to) copywriting, creative brief to design team, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure a smooth launch, performance marketing
• Support the marketing team in operations tasks and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Skills for Success:

• Currently enrolled in a Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and productivity tools.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment involving multiple stakeholders.
