We are looking for an individual that is passionate about technology and delivering exceptional service and support to our users. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be part of a dynamic product team and responsible for providing timely and effective assistance to users – to resolve their queries and concerns related to our digital products.

[What you will be working on]

  • Respond promptly and professionally to user queries.

  • Provide technical support to users experiencing issues, troubleshooting, and effectively communicating the solution.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional product teams, including engineering and quality assurance, to investigate and resolve complex issues.

  • Document user interactions and feedback to inform product feature improvements.

  • Contribute to the improvement of user support processes and resources, including template replies for Level 1 queries and user guides.

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new releases to effectively address user queries and support customer engagement plans.

[What we are looking for]

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in customer service or customer experience management

  • Good knowledge on digital and tech product

  • Customer-centric mindset and a drive for service excellence

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
