We’re looking for a Recruiter who’ll ensure candidates are getting fantastic experience within our recruitment process We need a smooth communicator with a great sense of people. A tactician, who will plan and execute first-class hiring strategies. Someone, who will play in our team at one goal - to bring the world’s top A-Players to Revolut

What you’ll be doing

• Recruiting exceptional A-Players to join Revoluts rapidly growing team
• Collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile
• Being a trusted talent acquisition advisor with a strong understanding of the talent pool
• Facilitating a pipeline of strong candidates for future needs
• Screening CVs and interviewing qualified candidates, selling Revolut as an employer of choice
• Driving the offer process and closing candidates
• Ensuring a consistently fantastic candidate experience
• Being a subject-matter expert in your specialist market
• Implementing modern sourcing/recruiting methods

What youll need

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Recruiter, ideally within Tech and Business roles
• Experience in successful collaboration with Senior Stakeholders and Hiring Managers
• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to plan and execute
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Influential and impactful outreach abilities in the tech, fin-tech, or financial industries
• Strong boolean skills, experience with various sourcing platforms and job boards
• Data-driven approach and experience with analytics dashboards
• High ambition, self-motivation, and passion about our vision
• Fluency in English

Nice to have

• Startup environment, ecommerce, Tech , orRecruitment Agency experience
• Fluency in multiple Asian languages
• Hiring experience in Japan and Australias markets
