This position entails overseeing daily operations and managing escalated customer inquiries and complaints. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling matters related to repairs, maintenance, and claim settlement, while also cultivating positive relationships with vendors.

Adecco is partnering with a leading automotive company to hire an Assistant Manager for customer service.

The Job:

  • Oversee daily operations of the customer service department, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas
  • Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage matters related to repairs, car maintenance, breakdown, accidents and claim settlement
  • Maintain positive relationship with vendors
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes, streamline operations, and enhance the overall customer experience

The Talent:

  • Possesses a class 3 license
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in spoken English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
  • ndependent, resourceful with a can-do attitude
