Responsibilities:

- Prepare quotations and invoices
- Manage administrative tasks efficiently
- Utilize Excel and Microsoft Office for data analysis and documentation
- Assist with general accounting tasks (knowledge preferred but not necessary)
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of accounting principles (preferred but not necessary)

Salary:
Salary range between $2600 to $2800, depending on experience
