To key in warehouse operation data into the Warehouse Management System/ Inventory System accurately and timely. Keep the WMS up to date on a daily basis....
Responsibilities
- To key in warehouse operation data into the Warehouse Management System/ Inventory System accurately and timely. Keep the WMS up to date on a daily basis.
- To respond and follow up on enquiries by customers.
- To coordinate with all customers on the inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring all schedules are met.
- To perfume and support weekly cycle count, monthly or yearly inventory count.
- To have proper filing of warehouse documentations, as well as handling equipment servicing records etc.
- To perform daily pick, pack, and transportation arrangements. To perform any other tasks assigned.
Requirements
- Must possess at least O Levels.
- Should be proficient in using Microsoft Office, Excel and Word and experience in WMS (Preferred)
- Have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in a warehouse environment. From time to time, you may request to operate on non-operation hours, Sunday and Public Holiday according to business needs (24x7 on call standby will be required)
