Serve as the primary point of contact for all shipment inquiries, managing both inbound, outbound, and Material Review Board (MRB) processes....

$40 Attendance Allowance/$50 Meal/Transport Allowance

Working location: 6 Tampines Industrial

Working Hour: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm / 3pm to 11pm)


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all shipment inquiries, managing both inbound, outbound, and Material Review Board (MRB) processes.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure seamless order fulfillment, maintaining efficient communication across departments.
  • Utilize SAP & Warehouse Management System (WMS) for order generation and tracking.
  • Oversee the flow of documentation and maintain records accurately.
  • Consolidate requirements for operating consumables to optimize inventory management.
  • Ensure timely delivery of accurate reports and information to counterparts and the warehouse manager.
  • Maintain compliance with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum educational requirement: "O" Level or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in logistics or warehouse management.
  • Hands-on experience and knowledge of warehouse management systems and order fulfillment processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • Strong skills in customer service, communication, and interpersonal relations.
  • Familiarity with Quality Control (QC) tools and Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle.
