To provide excellent customer service to all customers, inlcuding patients, their relatives and referring clinicians. Other assignments as and when required....

To provide excellent customer service to all customers, inlcuding patients, their relatives and referring clinicians. Key accountabilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers
  • Ensures that telephone courtesy and timeliness in answering telephone calls
  • Ensures patients confidentiality
  • Ensures accuracy, completeness and timliness in handover of information
  • Perform efficient and accurate patient registration
  • Ensure billing and cashiering processes are accurately performed
  • Handles office equipment correctly and efficiently
  • Ensures compliance of radiology safety policy
  • Work closely with other staff of the department to ensure total patient care is met
  • Other assignments as and when required
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of "N"level or equivalent
  • Customer Service experience preferred
