We are looking for a dynamic member to join us as Associate, Procurement, to provide procurement support to the Centre. Essential Job Functions

The Associate, Procurement will assist in the overall procurement functions from issuance of purchase orders to tracking and monitoring of goods receipt status while ensuring the documentation are well recorded. Essentially, it is a first gateway to ensure governance, compliance to IM3 (Instruction Manual 3), ensure all purchase orders are accounted for as well as to facilitate prompt payments to the vendors.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should preferably have a Diploma/A level or equivalent qualification with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in purchasing and contract management and in financial system such as Gebiz and Workday. Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel to generate reports and digital tools such as robotic process automation and process management system is a requirement.

The candidate should possess a pleasant disposition, is a fast learner, meticulous and attention to details. He/She should be able to multi-task, well organized under pressure and is able to work independently and in a team.
