Responsibilities:


  • Focus on converting prospects into paying agent subscribers
  • To drive agent’s purchase of premium features
  • Acquisition of sales via cold calling with leads provided
  • Acquisition of sales via agency visits, events, face to face meetings
  • Arrange training sessions for agents to guide them on effective usage of our platform
  • Service agent accounts and handle inbound enquiries
  • Build & maintain strong relationships with key agency leaders and agent clients
  • Attend networking events
  • Maintain accurate and up to date sales activity in CRM
  • Weekly team sales reporting to Sales Manager
  • Work closely and in harmony with teammates to achieve set targets
  • Work closely with the order management team and finance to ensure sales is processed accordingly


Requirements:


  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales environment
  • Experience in cold calling
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to converse in English
  • Able to work well with teammates in a team target setting
  • Experience in networking and face to face training/selling
  • Prior experience in account management and relationship building will be advantageous
