The Luxury Retail Door Host will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers as they enter the store, maintaining a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere....

The Luxury Retail Door Host will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers as they enter the store, maintaining a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere. This role will also involve monitoring the entrance to ensure the security and safety of customers and staff. Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor are essential for success in this position.

Salary: Up to $3000 (salary commensurate with experience)

Duration: 3 months OR 6 months

Location: ION Orchard

Working Hours:

5 days a week including both weekends, rotating shift between 10am to 10pm (7 to 10 hours per day)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in customer enquiries
  • Keeping Customers engaged while waiting for next sales associate to be available
  • Assist customers with queue number or appointment booking
  • Assist with in store retail duties

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Oriented
  • Able to commit 5 days a week including weekends and able to commit shift hours
  • Some retail experience preferred
