Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the Singtel regional offices’ payroll vendors transition project

  • Manage workflow and payroll transactions, ensuring data are updated into system timely

  • Reconciliation of payroll related data prior SG payroll processing

  • Attend to payroll-related queries from employees

  • Assist in generating payroll-related reports

  • Assist in checking payroll reports from regional offices

  • Assist in generating / creating payroll-related dashboards and reports

  • Payroll data and transactions analysis. Identify ways through the analysis to improve productivity and efficiency by using tools like RPA, Power Automate & excel macro etc.

  • Documentation/Update of Standard Operation Procedures


Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Finance or related field
  • Commit to a 6-month internship
  • Attention to detail & comfortable handling numbers
  • Positive attitude
